REQUIREMENTS:

Character:
Students will be expected to live in accordance with Godly principles as stated in the Dress Code and Conduct Information and the Student Handbook.

Academic:
Applicants must have completed high school (Grade 12 or a G.E.D.)

Age:
Applicants must be at least 17 years of age.

Fee:
A one-time, nonrefundable $100 application fee must be sent with your application. Your application will not be processed without payment. (A husband and wife may share this fee, i.e. $100 total, not $100 each.)

Completed Application Form:
All questions on the Application Form must be completed. If a question does not apply to you, write "N/A' (not applicable) in the space provided.

Essay Question Form
Complete this form in your own words. Your statements will be held in confidence.

A Personal Reference
This form should be completed by a high school or college teacher or counselor, your pastor, an employer, or a friend. These references may not be relatives.

Proof of High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Please provide a copy of your high school diploma or G.E.D. certificate. Equivalent experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
