3rd Year Program

The third-year Ministry Training is for students called into five-fold ministry positions of apostles, prophets, pastors, teachers and evangelists, as well as, those called to the ministry of helps and worship.

The purpose of the apprenticeship program is to provide a way for Charis Bible College of San Benito County graduates to transition from being a student to becoming what God has ordained each one to be.  The objective is to help each Intern develop a specific plan to enter into their calling, to expose them to practical aspects of ministry, and to experience team dynamics for successful living.  This program offers each person a short-term ministry option with long term application.

You will be in a greater leadership position and therefore the commitment level will be greater than as a first or second year student.  Skills can be taught in a relatively short time but character needs to be developed over a lifetime and takes a tremendous amount of time and effort.  Charis Bible College of San Benito County wants to develop these qualities in the interns:

•Faithfulness (especially in the little things)
•Attitude (thankful, positive, faith filled)
•Servants heart (willing to serve another ministry and put others interests before your own)
•Teamwork & unity (learning to work together w/ body of Christ in diversity)
•Teachable spirit (open to learning, submission)
•Spirit led (learning to rely on the Holy Spirit to guide and direct)

To be eligible for this program you must be a graduate of Charis Bible College of San Benito County.  You must fill out the application form and return it to the office.  After the application has been reviewed and a follow up interview has been conducted by the leadership of Charis Bible College of San Benito County, the applicant will be notified if they have been accepted to be an intern.

The length of the 3rd year program will be three terms/equivalent to a school year which will include instruction, mentoring, discipleship and hands-on work learning the daily administration of the  ministry.

The third-year program is offered during Day School hours only, Day School runs from 10:00 a.m.-1:10 p.m, Mondays and Wednesdays.  Saturday school runs from 9am-3:20pm.
